Pastor and Brethren,
I pray that each of you had a happy Thanksgiving Day.
There is so much to be thankful for. I have taken a job
helping the people that were affected by Hurricane Ike,
supporting the installation of mobile homes in
Galveston, Hitchcock, Santa Fe, and surrounding areas.
These mobile homes will provide shelter to those that
are not able to live in their damaged homes. Through
this opportunity I am trying to minister to those that I
can come in contact with, leaving a New Testament and a
tract in each home. I do ask you to pray for those who
are without homes to live in and that the Bibles I leave
will comfort them in their time of need.
I am continuing to work in the prisons on a part-time
basis, and I expect to be back in the prisons full time
in February 2009.
Our Bible Truth program has been busy, providing free
Bible studies to the incarcerated and anyone else
interested in learning about the Bible. I am very
grateful to those who grade the quizzes, mail out the
lessons, send the certificates of completion, pray over
the lessons, etc. Please pray for these workers.
Thank you for being faithful to the prison ministry.
Please continue to pray for me as we endeavor to
persuade and lead all men to the saving knowledge of
Jesus Christ. Eleven inmates made professions of faith
during the months of October and November.
Besides witnessing to all, we are providing Bibles,
literature, and Bible studies. We also are teaching the
inmates the biblical guidelines to live holy, separated
lives for the glory of God.

Pray for our new President elect.
